Email support@the-bvc.comOpen scryr/subscribe, sign in, and use the "Manage subscription" link to open the Stripe billing portal. Cancel there. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. If you can't get to the portal, email support@the-bvc.com with your account email and I'll handle it.
Email support@the-bvc.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and the date of the charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion as outlined in the Terms.
The app polls subscription state on launch and on a recurring timer. Quit and relaunch SCRYR. If it still shows free, sign out and back in inside the app's Account panel. If that doesn't fix it, email support@the-bvc.com with the email you used to subscribe — sometimes a webhook needs to be re-synced manually.
macOS · Windows. Both are free; the subscription unlocks the full library inside the app.
Make sure your Mac is on macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, or Windows 10/11. SCRYR auto-pauses when a fullscreen app is active, which is intentional. If wallpapers won't play even outside fullscreen, restart the app, and if that fails, email support@the-bvc.com with your OS version and SCRYR version (Settings → About).
Sign in to EMITR, open the account menu (top right), and use "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal. Cancel there. Pro features stay active until the end of the period.
Open EMITR and click Feedback in the account menu. The form goes straight to me with the page URL and your browser info attached. For urgent account issues, email support@the-bvc.com instead.
EMITR needs WebGPU support (Chrome, Edge, Safari 17.4+, or Firefox with WebGPU enabled). On older browsers it falls back to WebGL with reduced performance. Try the latest Chrome if it stalls. If your GPU is more than ~7 years old, particle counts above ~50k may be slow.

Email support@the-bvc.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". Cancel any active subscriptions first (see above). Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
For loops purchased through Gumroad, your receipt has a download link that doesn't expire. If you lost it, search your inbox for "Gumroad" + the loop name. Still stuck? Email support@the-bvc.com with the loop name and your purchase email.
