This license applies to every loop, live wallpaper, and visual file sold or given away by BIG VISUAL CHILL (a LUX LUMN brand), whether purchased on the-bvc.com, Gumroad, or any other official BIG VISUAL CHILL storefront. By downloading or using the files, you agree to these terms.

1) The grant

When you purchase or lawfully download a BIG VISUAL CHILL visual, LUX LUMN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the files as described here. The license is perpetual for you as the purchaser and does not expire. It is personal to you (or, for a business purchase, to your organization) and cannot be given, sold, or transferred to anyone else.

2) What you may do

• Perform and display. Use the visuals in live performances, VJ sets, concerts, clubs, installations, and events, including paid and commercial events.
• Broadcast and publish. Include the visuals in streams, broadcasts, music videos, and recorded content you publish on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or social media, as part of your own content.
• Commercial and client work. Use the visuals in commercial projects and deliver rendered output (a finished video, a recorded set, an installation) to clients. The client receives your finished work, never the source files.
• Personal display. Play the visuals on your own screens and devices, including as desktop wallpaper through SCRYR or a media player.

3) What you may not do

• No redistribution. You may not resell, share, give away, publish, or otherwise redistribute the files in any form, paid or free. This includes bundling them into packs, products, or downloads of any kind.
• No wallpaper platforms or workshops. You may not upload the files to Wallpaper Engine, Steam Workshop, Lively Wallpaper, MotionBGs, or any other wallpaper platform, workshop, or gallery where other people can download, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain them. Sharing "your setup" with the file attached counts as redistribution.
• No stock or library sites. You may not upload the files to stock footage sites, template marketplaces, media libraries, or asset stores.
• No standalone derivative products. You may incorporate the visuals into your own creative work only if the result is substantially your own creation. A BIG VISUAL CHILL visual may not be the primary value of anything you distribute, and must never be extractable from it as a usable standalone file.
• No false authorship. You may not claim to have created the visuals, register them with any content-ID or rights-management system, or mint them (or works substantially derived from them) as NFTs or other tokens.
• No AI training. You may not use the files to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning or generative-AI models, or include them in datasets for those purposes.

4) Ownership

The visuals are and remain the property of LUX LUMN. This is a license, not a sale of the underlying work. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5) Free downloads

Files offered for free from an official BIG VISUAL CHILL storefront carry this same license. Free does not mean redistributable.

6) Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the files and delete all copies. Sections 4, 8, and 9 survive termination. LUX LUMN may also pursue takedowns (including DMCA notices) and any other remedies for unauthorized distribution.

7) Refunds and updates

Purchases are delivered digitally. If a file is defective, contact support@the-bvc.com and we will make it right. We may update or replace files over time; this license covers updated versions too.

8) Disclaimer and liability

The files are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUX LUMN's total liability arising out of this license is limited to the amount you paid for the files.

9) Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in California.

10) Changes to this license

We may update this license from time to time; the version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase. We will update the effective date when we make changes.
